Opened on November 10th, 2006, Rouge Bistro was a vision of bringing city sophistication and midwestern comfort to Toledo with a French flare. Owners Steve Velker and Steve Turner wanted a place that was beautiful and warm where people are comfortable and confident they are going to receive the highest standards of service and quality. |
